The General Council of The Boys’ Brigade Asia is made up of national leaders who are volunteers of the member Regions. The General Council Meeting is held once in every two years. Each member Region is allowed a maximum of 6 representatives. At this meeting Region Reports are presented, common issues and policies are discussed, and the election of The Boys’ Brigade Asia Executive Committee takes place. The Executive Committee meets minimum twice a year.
The Boys’ Brigade Asia produces annual report which is circulated via email to members, friends, and supporters.
